I'm Sean

A passionate coach dedicated to helping yacht crew unlock their full potential physically and mentally. With experience training ambitious yacht crew, I specialise in creating custom fitness programs that overcome the challenges of tight spaces, odd hours, and minimal equipment. My mission is to support crew in reclaiming control over their health, providing consistency and accountability amidst the demands of yachting life.

Beyond coaching, I enjoy socialising, playing golf, and occasionally running marathons. I hold certifications from Clean Health Australia in Personal Training and Performance Nutrition and an International Business Degree. As the founder of Hybrid Yacht Coaching, I’m committed to building the fittest community in yachting, transforming crew fitness for the better.

I’m building the fittest community in yachting, bringing together like-minded crew who value fitness, resilience, and connection. My vision is to expand the yachting community's involvement in events like marathons, Hyrox, and run clubs, creating an active network that supports and motivates each other. Recently, I ran the Palma Half Marathon with my crew, and we’re already planning our next challengeβ€”potentially a full marathon. Through Hybrid Yacht Performance, I aim to inspire more yacht crew to push their limits, train together, and build a strong, supportive fitness community at sea and beyond.
